Effective: October 2, 2026
1. Purpose and scope
This policy applies to stackmax.tech and to all products and services operated by Stack Max LLC. It exists to keep our services safe, lawful, and available, and it supplements our Terms of Service and any applicable product terms.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use our services to create, store, transmit, or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive;
- infringes or misappropriates another party’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity, or privacy rights;
- sexually exploits or endangers a minor;
- harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group, or promotes hatred on the basis of a protected characteristic;
- discloses another person’s private or identifying information without lawful basis and consent;
- contains malware, exploit code, or other malicious payloads;
- impersonates another person or organization, or misrepresents your affiliation with one.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, account, or data, or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other technical controls;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems except as expressly invited by our security policy;
- interfere with service availability, including through denial-of-service attacks, flooding, or deliberately resource-exhausting use;
- scrape or systematically extract data by automated means in a manner that violates our terms, a robots directive, or applicable law;
- send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing attempts, or other abusive communications, or use our services to support such activity elsewhere;
- resell, sublicense, or provide our services to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing;
- use our services in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, or data protection laws.
4. Use of AI features
Where a product provides AI or automation features, you may not use them to generate content that violates this policy; to produce material misrepresenting itself as human-authored where disclosure is legally required; to impersonate a real person; to generate unlawful surveillance, scraped personal data, or synthetic media intended to deceive; or to make consequential decisions about individuals—such as credit, employment, housing, insurance, or legal outcomes—without appropriate human review and compliance with applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it or publishing it. Model output can be inaccurate.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for activity conducted under your account or credentials, for safeguarding those credentials, and for ensuring that anyone you permit to use our services on your behalf complies with this policy. You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis for any data you submit to our services.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove or disable access to content, suspend or terminate accounts or engagements, and report conduct to law enforcement where appropriate. Where circumstances allow, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the problem; where a violation poses an immediate risk to our systems, our users, or third parties, we may act without prior notice. Suspension or termination for a violation of this policy does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Reporting a violation
Report abuse, infringement, or other violations to contact@stackmax.tech with enough detail for us to identify the content or conduct, including relevant URLs and timestamps. For suspected security vulnerabilities, follow our security policy instead.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as our services evolve or as new forms of abuse emerge. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect.
